Our Fees (excluding disbursements for Property Value up to £250000)

Freehold Purchase £600 plus VAT
Leasehold Purchase £600 plus VAT
Freehold Sale £500 plus VAT
Leasehold Sale £500 plus VAT
Re-mortgage £300 plus VAT
Transfer of Equity £300 plus VAT
Right to Buy Properties £500 plus VAT

Standard disbursements for purchases include lenders fees, indemnity insurance, telegraphic transfer fee, property searches, land registry searches, stamp duty, land registration fee.

Standard disbursements for sales include lenders fees, indemnity insurance, telegraphic transfer fee and office copy entries.
